I checked out the site and it felt a little sketchy to me. The prices seemed way too low and there was not much clear info about what I was buying. I ended up not feeling that safe placing an order here

I accidentally bought the wrong software version, which was totally on me, and requested a refund later that same day. I’d actually used this site before when helping my brother set up his laptop, so I wasn’t too worried, but I still wanted to get it sorted quickly. Support got back to me after a few hours, not instantly, but reasonable enough. They just asked for some basic order details and confirmed the key hadn’t been used.

The refund showed up back on my card in about 4 days. I do think the return instructions could be easier to find on the website, because I had to look around a bit. But overall, they handled it fairly and didn’t make the process difficult.

The key did arrive and it worked fine, but I was expecting it a lot sooner. After paying, I ended up sitting there refreshing my email for around 30 or 40 minutes, which felt a bit annoying.
It wasn’t a huge problem in the end, but I do feel like the delivery time could’ve been made clearer before checkout. Kind of feels like they let you assume it’ll be instant when it’s not quite that quick. Okay service overall, just not amazing
